Printed by Rabbi Chanina Lipa and Rabbi Yehoshua Heshel Shapira – grandchildren of the "Rabbi from Slavita" Rabbi Moshe Shapira, son of Rabbi Pinchas of Koritz.
There are two title pages. On the first, the words "Tikun Leil Shavuos" and "Zhytomyr" were printed in beautiful red ink.
A rare edition, and in its entirety. It was not registered in the Institute for Hebrew Bibliography and is not in the National Library of Israel. In Otzar HaSefer HaIvri, a single copy with one title page was recorded.
