The Story:

Chamisha Chumshei Torah with Beer Mayim Chaim by the great tzaddik, kabbalist and Admor Rabbi Chaim of Czernowitz.

Sefer Beer Mayim Chaim was described by the Apter Rav “all its words are sweeter than honey” and his teachings are “flames of a holy fire” that guide a Jew in avodas Hashem and the path of Torah and Chassidus. Replete with foundations of Chassidus, the sefer Beer Mayim Chaim swiftly earned its place of honor in the Jewish library and is regarded as one of the classic Chassidic works.

Impressive 5 volume set of Chumash with Targum Unkekus and Rash”i along with the Beer Mayim Chaim.

Each volume with separate title page partially in red ink.

All in ornate new leather bindings.

The Admor Rabbi Chaim of Czernowitz (1760-1818), author of Be’er Mayim Chaim and Sidduro shel Shabbos, was among the progenitors of Chassidus and a genius in both the Revealed and Hidden Torah.

Rabbi Chaim acquired Torah and wisdom from the holy Admor Rabbi Yechiel Michel of Zlotchov. He served as Rav in the prominent communities of Czernowitz, Botoshan, Mohyliv, and Kishinev in Romania, and was one of the preeminent disseminators of Chassidus in Romania and Bukovina. In 1813, he fulfilled his lifelong dream of traveling to Eretz Yisrael where he settled in Tzfas and dwelled until his passing five years later.
