Mirkeves Hamishneh is an important commentary on Devarim by the leading commentator Rav Don Yitzchak Abarbanel, one of the greatest Rabbanim of Spain in the time of the Expulsion.

This first edition is particularly significant, since it contains dozens of sections that were omitted or changed by the censors in subsequent editions.

These sections have been returned in recent prints.

Sabbioneta 5311 [1551] first edition – the first Hebrew book printed in Sabbioneta. Pages: 145, [1] leaves. Size: 31 cm. Good condition. Censor erasures on several pages with ink scratches , a few completions in Italian script. A few holes and Stains. Nice new leather binding.
