Sefer Get Mekushar, with the Signatures and Glosses of Rav Shmuel Heller, Rav of Tzefas – Constantinople [1767]
Get Mekushar is a fundamental work on hilchos Gittin by the Rishon Letzion Rav Raphael Moshe Bolah, one of the chachmei Yerushalayim in the 18th century.
On the title page and in other pages appear many signatures of Rav Shmuel Heller, the famed Rav of the Ashkenazi community in Tzefas (passed away 1884), together with a handwritten glosses, autographed.
Constantinople 5527 [1767] first edition. [1], 193 Leaves. Overall in good condition, large adhesions to the title page. Several holes. Stains. New leather binding.
Also appear the seals of Rav Raphael Zilberman, Rav of Tzefas, and his grandson and successor, Rav Avraham Leib Zilberman.
