Handwritten and Signed Letter From Rav Yisrael Friedman the Hosiatiner Rebbe, Descendant of the Ruzhiner Rebbe
A letter in the handwriting and signature of the Hosiatiner Rebbe Rav Yisrael to his daughter Chavah, the Rebitzen of Rav Menachem Nachum, from Hosiatene.
The Rebbe opens his letter, written in Yiddish, with “my dear and beloved daughter Chavani, " and concludes "be well, from me your father who blesses you will all the best, Yisrael.”
Rav Yisrael of Hosiatin (1858-1949) was famed as a tzadik, and it was said that one saw ruach hakodesh on him just as was seen on previous tzadikim.
