A friendly letter about supporting Yeshivas Chachmei Lublin, in the handwriting and signature of the Rosh Yeshivah, Rav Meir Shapira (1887-1934), Rav of Pieterkov.
The yeshivah was Rav Meir’s life-achievement, and he invested all his energy in building and supporting the yeshivah.
The letter is written entirely in his handwriting on official letterhead, At the end is his full, impressive signature.
Pieterkov 5688 [1928]. All in his handwriting. Size: 14.5X21.5 cm. Good-moderate condition. Fold marks with tears. A few stains. Together with an envelope (damaged and torn) of Rabbi Meir, from during his stay in the USA.
