Chassidic Torah innovations by Rav Yekusiel Yehudah Halberstam of Klausenburg-Sanz  [1969]

A long pamphlet, by Rav Yekusiel Yehudah Halberstam of Klausenburg-Sanz, regarding the importance of reciting the Shema on time when it clashes with the custom of Ezra’s takanah to immerse in the mikveh; Rabeinu Tam’s view in reckoning daytime; and more.

At the end, he superbly explains the famous response of
Rav Elimelech of Lizhensk (printed in the Igeres Hakodesh at the end of Noam Elimelech) about changing one’s nusach from Ashkenaz to Sefard.
On the last page, the Rebbe adds six lines of concluding words and blessings in his handwriting and signature.
This is printed, with changes, in Teshuvos Divrei Yatziv, I, Orach Chaim 57. One section is printed separately, ibid 112.

Kiryat-Sanz (Netanya)  [1969]. [6] Pages printed on one side, with the addition of several lines in the Rebbe’s handwriting and with his signature. Size: 21×26 cm. Good condition. Slight restorations in the margins and the fold marks. A few stains
