A Complete Sugya Written by the Maharam Shick – Yargen, Erev Pesach, 1839

Four pages with a full sugya on immersing and kashering utensils bought from non-Jews, in the handwriting of Rav Moshe Shick, from when he was Rav in Yergan, near Pressburg.

Maharam Shick, Rav of Chust (1807-1879) was one of the most prominent talmidim of the Chasam Sofer. He succeeded his Rebbe in leading the generation and continued his derech halimud.

These pages are printed in Chidushei Maharam Shick on Avodah Zarah.
At the end of every five paragraphs, the Maharam Shick wrote a dash and a dot, as did the Chasam Sofer, for Kabalah reasons.

Yergan, Nissan, 1839. [2] leaves written on both sides. Size: 20×21.5 cm. Good condition. Stains and smears of ink.
