An abridgement of the book
Pardes Rimonim by Rabbi Moshe Cordovero (the Ramak), authored by his student Rabbi Shmuel Gallico.

The sefer
Pardes Rimonim is the most fundamental book "for anyone wishing to enter the ‘Pardes Hachochma’." Since its contents are profound and written at length, several abridged versions were made. This book is the first and earliest abridgement.

With Kabbalistic illustrations. On page 23a, a full-page diagram of "Ein Sof" ‎–‎ the Tree of Sefirot ‎–‎ is printed, with handwritten notes by an Italian Kabbalist.
