The sefer
Arba Me’os Shekel Kesef is a collection of Kabbalistic topics, compiled by Rabbi Chaim Vital and his Rebbe the Ari.

This sefer belonged to Rabbi Yisrael Yaakov Yokel Teitelbaum (1838-1924), Rabbi of Volova, son-in-law and nephew of the Yeyatev Lev of Siget. In the sefer are stamped his seals from when he was Rabbi in Berbesht.

On the title page is also a signature of Rabbi Avraham Abele Kahana Rappaport of Uhel, a talmid of the Yismach Moshe.

This edition of the sefer had several variants, with different approbations. This copy has the approbations of Rabbi Chaim of Volozhin and Rabbi Mordechai of Koretz.
