Teshuvos Mayim Chaim on four parts of
Shulchan Aruch by Rabbi Chaim Hakohen Rappaport, Rabbi of Ostroh. At the end is
Otzros Chaim on Torah by the author and his son.

In siman 27, a shaalah is sent from the Rabbanim of Mezhibozh, to the Baal Sem Tov and concludes with the response of
“Yisrael Baal Shem of Tellist” ‎–‎ the Baal Shem Tov.

At the beginning of the sefer is a rare approbation from the Sar Shalom of Belz, and two letters to the author from the Ohev Yisrael of Apta and Rabbi Mordechai of Tchernobyl.

An elegant copy with wide margins and five separate title pages.
