The sefarim printed in Slavita and Zhitomir by the Shapira family were enthusiastically received by chassidic tzaddikim, rebbes and chassidim who yearned to pour out their prayers before the Creator from siddurim printed in holiness by the Shapira family press.
The holy Rebbe, author of ‘Shomer Emunim’ wrote: "Every God-fearing person should strive to acquire old printed sefarim… especially from the Slavita and Zhitomir presses of the descendants of the holy Rabbi of Koritz, who were supremely holy printers." (Taharas Hakodesh Chapter 6)
